Claims Determination Motion Filed with Court

On July 31, 2026, the Receiver filed her Claims Determination Motion requesting the Court’s approval of her claim recommendations, her plan of distribution and her proposed objection procedure. Claimants can identify their claim by their claim number in the exhibits attached to the motion. If the Court approves the recommendations, Claimants with approved claims will receive a pro rata share of the funds gathered based on their Allowed Amounts. Claimants will not receive their Allowed Amounts. These amounts are used solely to determine the pro rata share for each claimant. Continue to monitor this website for updates on this process.
